Donny Winter is an LGBTQ+ poet, YouTube blogger, educator, and activist residing in Saginaw, Michigan. He is the author of the full-length poem collection, Carbon Footprint (Alien Buddha Press, 2020), which debuted #1 on Amazon’s LGBTQ+ Poetry List and contains a poem nominated for the Pushcart Prize. His poems have appeared in Flypaper Lit, Awakened Voices Magazine, CultureCult, and Sonder Midwest. A graduate of University of Central Missouri, he is a creative writing professor at Delta College and teaches composition at Saginaw Valley State University.
